Clive Staples Lewis: the feelings that passes through one, on reading passages from his writings, I can only describe as like being inside an opening flower; as it opens, all one’s submerged and jumbled thoughts on the many and same subjects he brings to light , suddenly fall into enlightening order, such as causes and effects, reasons, remedies, et. al. It is uplifting to realise such men as C.S. Lewis have existed. God willing, there are many undiscovered in store for us. Such men as C. S. Lewis keep a real glimmer of hope alive.

The Declared Atheist of course was none other than Aldous Leonard Huxley – three initials again – and as you know he was wonderfully prophetic. In 1931 he described in Brave New World a laboratory in which fertilized human ova would break into separate buds, each maturing into an embryo that could be genetically manipulated for various roles and purposes.

There are no prizes for those of you who know me to deduce the identity of the Declared Christian – arguably one of the greatest writers and apologists ever – yes, Clive Staples Lewis, again known by his initials, hardly ever by his two given names. His work is major: in an incredible and prophetic series of lectures in 1943 at the University of Durham, subsequently published as The Abolition of Man, he talks about ‘men without chests’ or adults who lack moral formation and moral character, who divorce their head from their hearts, who use their ‘head’ but lose their ‘chest.’

Lewis writes: ‘In a sort of ghastly simplicity we remove the organ and demand the function. We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful. The practical result of (such) education... must be the destruction of the society which accepts it’..."

MORE PRESSURE/ACTION AGAINST FOREIGN OWNERSHIP NEEDED

Since my last correspondence with you, I have been very busy lobbying the Government to take seriously our concerns of foreign ownership of Australian agricultural land. Having sent a letter to the Minister for Agriculture Barnaby Joyce in early October, his office last week indicated that he may have time to discuss related matters with me.
Realising how slow the Government can be when responding to these challenges, on Thursday (November 14) I moved a motion (details below) which was defeated on the floor of the Senate. This was particularly disappointing, as I was hoping that some further ground may be made with this campaign. However, it is now clearer than ever that our Government just doesn’t think it’s a big issue.

Although the Government has supposedly committed to providing a review through the Foreign Investment Review Board, no timeframe has been committed to and I believe, as I’m sure you do too, that this is an issue that requires action in the immediate future.
The motion was supported by Senator Nick Xenophon and the Greens, however the Coalition and the ALP couldn’t find it in themselves to support it.
For this reason, I ask that you contact your local senator and implore him/her to sign up to the We Won’t Sell Out campaign.

(a) notes that:
(i) in 2010 the Australian Bureau of Statistics published the Agricultural Land and Water Ownership survey (December 2010), which indicated that 11.3 per cent of Australian agricultural land was foreign-owned,
(ii) according to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Vote Compass, a significant majority of Australians want to 'further restrict foreign ownership of Australian agricultural land', and
(iii) Australian agricultural land is a national treasure and should not be treated as a global commodity; and
(b) calls on the Government to table, no later than the first sitting day of 2014, an updated Agricultural Land and Water Ownership survey, outlining foreign ownership of Australian agricultural land as at June 2013.  

WHAT! NO SLAVERY WITH FREE TRADE? WHAT’S THE WORLD COMING TO?

Mining millionaire Andrew Forrest has launched a global slave index in London and has said that slavery was “as common as church mice, and an insistence on an enforced labour-proof supply chain in any trade agreement should be fundamental”. (The Australian 17 October 2013, p.2)
This all comes as Tony Abbott is set to put in place the Trans-Pacific Partnership which will produce the Asia-Pacific part of the New World Order.

We have not been told about this agreement which will effectively eliminate the nation state – and we haven’t been told because this minimises any problems for the ultra-Satanic global financial elite getting their perverse thrills from destroying all that is human.
The fact that Mr. Forrest is concerned about slavery and forced labour is some indication of the likely evils that may come from the Trans-Pacific Partnership and globalism. Good on him for discussing this issue.

Write now to Tony Abbott and ask for a copy of the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement.
Ask how he intends to preserve Australian sovereignty in the face of special tribunals that will have greater powers than the Australian courts?
Ask him, when did he consult the Australian people about this?

And then, concerned Australians need to stage protests across the country. Join up with the unions and even the Leftists – I don’t care. I will even march holding a feminist’s hand!

Many people are familiar with Fiddler on the Roof, the 1960’s musical set in Tsarist Russia in 1905. The musical is based on Tevye and his Daughters (or Tevye the Dairyman), as well as other tales by Sholem Aleichem. The most memorable tune from this Jewish American musical was ‘If I Were a Rich Man’.
I guess that not many would know that the musical was also translated into Hebrew and Yiddish. However, the translator of the Hebrew and Yiddish shows took some liberties in their adaptation; they decided to appeal to the Jewish imagination, by means of concretisation. ‘If I Were A Rich Man’ became, ‘If I Were A Rothschild'.

In this video clip you can witness and listen to the Yiddish performer cry for Mammon. That crude materialistic yearn is manifested both visually and lyrically. The clip is a real estate tour de force, you are invited to prospect the extended list of Rothschild Family’s Palaces. For some reason the Israeli Knesset is also presented towards the end. I guess that at least within the context of Jewish culture, the Jewish State and its Parliament, is a Rothschild property.

WikiLeaks has published the secret text to part of the biggest U.S. trade deal in history, the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). For the past several years, the United States and 12 Pacific Rim nations have been negotiating behind closed doors on the sweeping agreement.  

A 95-page draft of a TPP chapter released by WikiLeaks details agreements relating to patents, copyright, trademarks and industrial design — showing their wide-reaching implications for Internet services, civil liberties, publishing rights and medicine accessibility. Critics say the deal could rewrite U.S. laws on intellectual property rights, product safety and environmental regulations, while backers say it will help create jobs and boost the economy. President Obama and U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman reportedly wish to finalize the TPP by the end of the year and are pushing Congress to expedite legislation that grants the president something called "fast-track authority". However, this week some 151 House Democrats and 23 Republicans wrote letters to the administration saying they are unwilling to give the president free rein to "diplomatically legislate".

In the history of trade agreement negotiations, most have been undertaken in secret, justified on the grounds that the governments’ negotiating positions would be weakened if they became public. But this justification is losing credibility as trade agreements increasingly deal with regulatory issues normally determined through public democratic and parliamentary processes.  

The Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations involve the US, Australia and ten other Pacific Rim governments - six of which have bilateral trade agreements with the US. There have been 19 rounds of negotiations held over three years in different countries, and there is now pressure to finish by the end of 2013.

The US is driving the agenda, and its objectives are not entirely about trade in goods, but to establish US-style regional regulatory frameworks which meet the demands of its major export industries. These include pharmaceuticals, media, information technology, agribusiness and financial services, all of which are demanding changes to other governments’ domestic regulation. This “architecture for a 21st century trade agreement” is clearly designed to meet US economic and strategic interests, but not those of other countries.  

MASSIVE ‘FREE TRADE’ TREATY

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) involves a 12-nation regional trade bloc that accounts for almost 40% of global gross domestic product (GDP) and about one-third of all world trade. The U.S. is leading negotiations and expects them to be finished this year.

The average person may not have heard of the TPP, which also involves Australia, Brunei, Chile, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. Experts believe it will be very important. Ian Bremmer has called it “most important trade agreement on the world agenda right now,” for example, pointing out that almost 40 per cent of world GDP would be involved in the deal.

However, critics have two major concerns about the TPP
• The first argument is that TPP’s intentions are far more radical than most realise, with lobbyists pushing an agenda that would suit the globalization aims of multinational corporations, not the average person — in particular with restrictive intellectual property laws.
• The second concern is that the process is being conducted in secret, and the public is being left in the dark — as Cory Doctorow of Boing Boing points out, it’s a deal “negotiated in utmost secrecy, without public participation, whose text is still not public.”

That a deal of this magnitude is being conducted in secret is understandably worrying, and there have been some leaks, but the full text of the proposed agreement remains out of the hands of the public….”

My parents used to talk about rationing during the war with great apprehension. Clearly the nutters in and supporting Cancun are clueless as to how such a scheme would be viewed by the public. My inbox has lit up today from all around the world over this issue. Short of Climategate itself, I haven’t quite seen any other similar reaction.

Cancun climate change summit: scientists call for rationing in developed world. Global warming is now such a serious threat to mankind that climate change experts are calling for Second World War-style rationing in rich countries to bring down carbon emissions.

In a series of papers published by the Royal Society, physicists and chemists from some of world’s most respected scientific institutions, including Oxford University and the Met Office, agreed that current plans to tackle global warming are not enough.
In one paper Professor Kevin Anderson, Director of the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, said the only way to reduce global emissions enough, while allowing the poor nations to continue to grow, is to halt economic growth in the rich world over the next twenty years.
Prof Anderson admitted it “would not be easy” to persuade people to reduce their consumption of goods. He said politicians should consider a rationing system similar to the one introduced during the last “time of crisis” in the 1930s and 40s.
This could mean a limit on electricity so people are forced to turn the heating down, turn off the lights and replace old electrical goods like huge fridges with more efficient models. Food that has travelled from abroad may be limited and goods that require a lot of energy to manufacture.
“The Second World War and the concept of rationing is something we need to seriously consider if we are to address the scale of the problem we face,” he said.

Productive capacity is not the problem – it is the distribution system that is at fault!
The above report from The Eagle Forum is typical of most folk in their attitude to the present world situation. Of course humans have no control over Mother Nature’s climate change, but humans do – or should - have control over their environment. That is if Mammon did not control them and their institutions, both directly and indirectly.
What they do not grasp is that physically the industrialised, technological, automated production systems can produce more than enough for every citizen of a modern nation, it is the distribution of that production that we should be looking at - there is the problem. Until they come to grips with understanding how the financial system is cheating them and rise up and throw mammon out, nothing will change for the better.

At the Commonwealth Heads of Government Colombo meeting, Australia has for the first time negotiators can recall caused the communique to record a split: As an extraordinary Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting concluded in Colombo, Mr Abbott joined with Canada in rejecting a decision by the summit to push for a Green Capital Fund to help vulnerable island states and poor African countries address the effects of rising sea levels, prolonged droughts, or catastrophic weather incidents, caused by climate change…

But the final agreement from the 53 members of the Anglosphere Commonwealth noted that “Australia and Canada… indicated they could not support a Green Capital Fund at this time”.
Greg Sheridan: The Prime Minister refused to back language in the communique supporting the establishment of an international Green Fund… Canada backed the Australian position. As a result, for the first time in its history the CHOGM leaders’ communique included a statement that some member nations did not support a specific provision of the communiqué.  

WHAT IS MONEY – WHAT IS ITS NATURE?

In a 1947 presentation “A Defence of Free Enterprise and the Profit Motive”, Eric D. Butler dealt with the same sort of proposals now being put forth by the Technocrats worldwide. It was proposed a ‘coupon system’ be put in place to replace the ‘faltering’ money system and the wasteful ‘free enterprise’ system. Please note a free enterprise system of production IS NOT a ‘free market’ system.
Eric wrote:
(1) In a real democratic society the individual has the power to have his directions carried into effect, to get the results he desires - presuming, of course, that they are practical. Two different types of organisation are required for this:
(a) political organisations, controlled by the political vote, and
(b) economic organisations, controlled by the money vote.

(2) The political vote can only be effectively used to lay down general rules under which the economic organisations shall function, to ensure that correct relationships are maintained between individuals and their economic organisations. To clarify this matter a little further by a simple example of what is meant, a Government can lay down a road system, traffic rules and erect sign posts. But it is not its function to tell motorists where and when to travel. Any Government which tried to decide what thousands of individual motorists desired, would inevitably impose tyranny.

Where industry is governed by Profit as an economic calculator, industry is organised on the most efficient basis. In the last analysis this results in the great majority of people entering that sphere of economic activity in which they are most genuinely interested.

The Menace of Government Control of Banking
“… we can [now] examine several of the main points made by Professor Barker (a Canberra bureaucrat of the time). His major point appears to be that Finance dominates industry - although it is not clear what this had to do with the "Profit Motive". Most of us will probably agree with Professor Barker that the creation of financial credit by the banking system, and the loaning of this credit to industry, does, to a very considerable extent, permit Finance to dominate Industry.

But when Professor Barker says: "it is obvious that Government control of financial operations along modern reasonable lines is inevitable," he is suggesting a most dangerous policy. Government control of financial operations can only result in the complete centralisation of the financial system under the domination of totalitarian planners at Canberra, who would thus be able to plan production by extending or withholding credit as they thought fit.

The well-known Socialist, Mr. G. D. H. Cole, aptly summed up the Socialist viewpoint when he said:

Fundamental Nature of Money – Nothing More Than a Claim to Wealth
To continue, Eric writes: In spite of much nonsense to the contrary, the fundamental nature of money is simply that of a token carrying the agreement to deliver over, on demand, the article to which the token refers. We must realise that the money system is a wonderful distributive system and is functioning correctly when it is distributing to the people what they are physically capable of producing.

Bearing in mind that any form of money, coins, paper currency, or financial credit, is nothing more than a claim to wealth, it is interesting to recall that when money was first invented, the claim to wealth was issued by the producer of the wealth. Economic sovereignty resided in the producer of wealth…

“The fact must be realised that the wealth of the world is really produced by production; the tickets which are the effective demand for that wealth are produced by the financial system; and the two things are not necessarily connected at all.
You can grow wheat until your barns are filled to bursting point, and you can manufacture motor cars until your roads are black with them; and yet you will not increase by one penny so far as those processes are concerned, the amount of purchasing power in the world.
I want to point out to you how it comes about that the ticket system has become separated from the production system or the transportation system. Just imagine what you would say, what you would think, if you were called upon to build a railway, if you had to provide all the work and all the material, and then somebody set out in the principal towns to establish a ticket office from which to issue the tickets for that railway as a monopoly.

Yet that is the sort of thing that is happening in the world at the present time. I want to show you what has taken place, how that state of affairs has come about because I think it is explanatory of the present position. If we go back to the beginnings of the money system, the recorded beginnings that are well authenticated, we find that wealth was represented by cattle.

The owner of the cattle, of course, very often bartered some of his cattle for grain in order to feed the rest of his cattle. The man who grew or sold the grain was an itinerant vendor who moved about, and he got into the habit of taking from the owner of the cattle a round disc of leather, and sometimes that disc bore the imprint of a rude image of a cow's head, and sometimes it did not. We have a reminder of that fact in the words that we use at the present time. We talk about a money transaction as being a pecuniary transaction, and the word "pecuniary" comes from the Latin "pecu," which means cattle.

The producer also controlled his money system
Now when this state of affairs was in existence there was also one very extraordinary fact - the owner of the cattle, the owner of the wealth, and the owner of the money, the owner of the leather discs, comprised really one and the same person. So there you had the production system and the money system concentrated under the one control, in the one set of hands.
Obviously a system like that could not be expected to work for very long. Some bright gentleman no doubt got the idea of punching out a few additional bits of leather, and that was really the first form of inflation. Read further...

We can trace the evolution of the money system from this time, through the period when various types of wealth was deposited with the goldsmiths, whose receipts were soon adopted as negotiable bills of exchange, to the present time when practically all our money is created by the banking system in the form of financial credit.

The credit system, operated by a very efficient banking system, has made possible our modern intricate system of production and distribution. There are undoubtedly good arguments in favour of modifying the present financial policy, which is not permitting free enterprise to function, as it should, but under no circumstances should Government control of the financial system be permitted by a people who appreciate freedom…

The Totalitarian Planners
But the totalitarian planners visualise the financial system, not as a means to providing the people with decentralised economic power which they can use to further their individual policies, but as an instrument of control which will effectively destroy the sovereignty of the money vote… When production is effectively controlled by totalitarians using the Government as the instrument to impose their policies on the people, even the money left to individuals after heavy taxation has been levied, can only be used to buy what the Planners permit to be produced. The main characteristic of money, as we now understand it, is destroyed; it is little better than a coupon.

But Professor Barker appears to be an advocate of the coupon system
He asks: "Why not distribute through the coupon and eliminate finance?" The coupon system is economic centralisation of the most vicious type and places the individual at the mercy of the bureaucracy which must control the coupon system. It only permits the individual to obtain what the Government decides shall be produced. And the individual can only get his coupons if he does as he is told… People who desire freedom must resist any attempts to destroy the value of that unique voting system, the money system, a system which permits the individual to decide what free enterprise, governed by the "Profit Motive," shall produce.
A free man is one who can accept or reject any proposition put before him. The money vote, free enterprise, and the "Profit Motive" are the basis of genuine freedom…"

It is depressing to learn that Liberal MP David Coleman looks on the role of the sovereign as a 'job' ('New MP hits out at monarchy', 20/11).
It is in fact a sanctified commitment undertaken, as the coronation oath shows, in the service of God and the nation. Nor is it 'patently' obvious that having a monarch chosen by birth (and, therefore, by unalloyed divine providence) is wrong, when the alternative is someone selected by a combination of political string-pulling and the influence of big money.
The present system gave us Her Majesty the Queen. Which 'democratically' elected national leader does Coleman think to be of comparable dignity and devotion to duty?

A TASTE OF WHAT CHINA IS REALLY LIKE?

The China territory disputes is a clear illustration of China’s future direction. China is laying claim to almost all of South China Sea. There are thus territorial disputes with The Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Vietnam and of course, Japan.
The Philippines is taking action under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, of which China is a signatory. China has said that it will ignore the legal proceedings. No doubt it is waiting for the US to further decay before taking by force the vast reserves of oil and natural gas in the area.
The Asian century is set to be a time of war and conflict in the setting sun of this civilisation. Soon we will get a real taste of China’s agenda and its real feelings about a “century of humiliation”.  

MORE MYTHS ABOUT OVERSEAS STUDENTS

The headline read “Overseas Students Overtake the Locals” (The Australian 16 October, 2013 p.27) – the sort of news the globalists and immigrationists love. The article begins:
“Criticism of foreign students and their academic standards is passé now that they have begun to outperform domestic students”. Suspicious yet? Not so long ago we wrote about the problem of foreign student standards, and now they are star performers. What gives? Researcher Alan Olsen has “data to show they are boosting our academic standards”. On the 2012 progress rates for commencing bachelor students, a measure of how successful they are in passing subjects they attempt, the pass rate for foreign students was 84.68 percent compared with 83.64 percent for domestic students.

Olsen does not believe that international fee-paying students are being given an easy pass as “soft marking would require academics across the country to conspire”. He said, incredibly: “They’ve all got together in the pub one afternoon and agree”. Well no, this need not be so. A common structural or institutional cause could produce the same effect.

Each marker is actually under pressure to pass international students so that they complete their course – otherwise if they fail they may give up and go home. Locals are a captive audience so failure is a real option. I have heard from lecturers across the country that there is an “agreement” and culture of getting foreign students through. In a competitive market, no university wants a reputation for tough marking.

There have been past studies showing that internationals had inflated marks. As well, the evidence is consistent with a fall in the standard of domestic students as more students were taken into the system because of lower ATAR, entry scores. So foreign students may not be such high performers after all.

Finally, working at my old university once or twice a week to assess materials, I am aware of large groups of foreign students getting together to complete work assignments. This is clearly plagiarism. I have been told by a friend studying languages at one university that the foreign students get together to complete on-line exams, which are not supervised. They are not the only ones – whites do it too. It seems that wherever possible, students take an opportunity to cheat. So given this, we can’t put too much faith into reports about rising standards of anyone.  

THE MACHINE STOPS Series

My brother John and I went to visit our bees to see how they were faring. We discovered the beehive condition and honey production were both down for this time of year. The bees were bringing pollen into the hives to feed the larvae, so the laying-up of eggs had started, but other indications are that it is not a particularly good season. Brother John says we have not had a good honey season for over 4 years.

When John looks for different spots to place the bees he takes note of the naturally occurring eucalypts in that area. The scrub has developed over eons to be what it is whereas when we plant out any type of plant, even eucalypt to our local environment we may not necessarily be doing the best for it and the bees. I was fascinated to hear that after a bush fire goes through, the very plants the soil needs to regenerate are what germinate first. There was a time I believed the presence of frogs indicated the good state of the local environment, but I now look to the bees. The damage being done to bees (Colony Collapse Disorder*) says that collectively, we are going against the grain of nature. Frankenstein food, frankenstein chemicals, frankenstein **geo-engineering (in particular the weather manipulation) and the military-industrial complex destroying all that stands in their way to profit. Government, in cahoots with these groups, has lost contact with their people and the environment in appeasing their money masters. There is also a deafening silence almost to the point of active collaboration from the green movement to this rampant abuse of the environment.

It is in everyone’s best interest to look after the environment, in particular quality and reliability with every purchase or trade. This does not just apply to mechanical devices. Australians now spend more on medical than they do on food. It is back to front. Beata has taught me well to only purchase organic produce to ensure the food value or life force is there. By doing this and significantly reducing our meat intake we now spend next to nothing on medical. My weight is down and blood pressure is excellent. So in all this we need to grow as much locally as possible and house bees near our homes or community gardens – neighbours permitting. We have allowed the machine to take us in the wrong direction.
