Was Barack Obama ever eligible to be president of the United States? Have he and his wife committed massive tax fraud? Has he perjured himself? Has a force been at work on his personal documents? These are just a few questions feisty lady lawyer, Orly Taitz, recently demanded Supreme Court Justice John Roberts to address. When Chief Justice John Roberts opened the floor to questions following a recent speech at the University of Idaho, he and 5,000 people finally heard the truth about an attorney 's frustrated attempts to have the court force purported President Obama to prove his natural born American citizen status.

When the audience was told after the lecture that they could ask questions, Russian-born Dr. Orly Taitz, the southern California lawyer handling the suit filed by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes et al., was the first to run for the microphone. I left home at three o 'clock in the morning and flew and drove thousands of miles to talk to you and ask you a question, she said to the chief justice. 'Are you aware that there is criminal activity going on in the Supreme Court of the United States? I have submitted my Lightfoot vs. Bowen case to you. You agreed to hear it in the conference of all nine justices on January 23.

"Your clerk, Danny Bickle, on his own accord refused to forward to you an important supplemental brief that he has hidden from you and refused to post on the docket. Additionally, my case was completely erased from the docket one day after the inauguration, only two days before it was supposed to be heard in the conference. Outraged citizens had to call and demand for it to be posted. I saw Justice (Antonin) Scalia, and he had absolutely no knowledge of my case that was supposedly heard in conference on January 23. It is inexplicable, particularly knowing that roughly half a million American citizens have written to him and to you, Justice Roberts, demanding that you hear this issue of eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, to be the president of the United States.

At this point she showed Roberts a stack of papers - her pleadings and printouts containing the names of some 350,000 people who had signed the petition, and the chief justice, lassoed with no comfortable avenue of escape, surrendered. I will read your documents, he said. 'Give them to my Secret Service Agent and I will review them. Taitz had a full suitcase of documents which she then handed to a Secret Service Agent who showed his ID, introduced himself as Gilbert Shaw and promised her that Justice Roberts would get them.

The tenacious Orly Taitz had done her homework well. In addition to 3,300 pages of the signees of the petition, were a motion to reconsider Lightfoot vs. Bowen, with all the supplemental briefs, and a copy of Quo Warranto Easterling et al. vs. Obama et al., the challenge by military officers of Obama 's qualifications to be their commander-in-chief.
In addition, she included a 164-page dossier and all the other documents sent to Eric Holder, attorney general, describing suspected criminal activity associated with Obama and his supporters. It described a whole campaign of cyber crimes, intimidation, harassment, defamation and assassination of character, and the mysterious impersonation of her and U.S. Army officer Scott Easterling by persons unknown. It showed screen shots of information being erased from the docket of the Supreme Court and contained information of court cases being created and fabricated in order to commit voter fraud and sway public opinion. The package also contained the astounding list of 100 addresses for Barack Obama with numerous different Social Security numbers, issued all over the country and attached to those addresses.

It showed the address Obama used in Somerville, Mass., attached to the Social Security of a man who, if still living, is 118 years old. It showed evidence of Obama committing perjury, lying under oath. It had his school registration from Indonesia under the name Barry Soetoro, citizen of Indonesia, religion: Muslim. Right after this page there was a page of Obama 's registration to become an attorney and office of the court in Illinois, where he stated under oath that his name is Barack Hussein Obama and he had no other prior names.
It contained a report from federal agent Steven Coffman, stating that there are numerous signs of forgery in his Selective Service certificate.

Furthermore, the dossier contained a letter from renowned expert Sandra Line, stating that there are signs of forgery in Obama 's short version 'Certification of Live Birth, and the original birth certificate needs to be reviewed in order to ascertain his status. It contained 130 current job positions for Barry Obama, Barack H. Obama and Michelle Obama - but none of them was reported on the Obama 's tax returns. All of these documents suggest possible massive tax fraud, corruption of a public official, bribery and massive campaign contributions fraud, whereby large campaign contributions - well over allowed limits - were reported as fictitious positions with different companies, not surprisingly involving most mainstream media outlets.

As one of the announcers introduced Roberts, he stated that Roberts has his priorities straight. He described an event when Roberts missed most of a reception because he wanted to be there for his young son, at the sports tournament where his son was participating. He described Roberts as a caring and loving father.

'I missed time with my children, too, says Taitz, 'because I am criss-crossing this country talking to justices of the Supreme Court, representatives, senators, FBI agents, attorney generals, U.S. attorneys; asking all of them, 'What is wrong with you? Did some evil magician put a spell on the men in this country and you stopped being men? Why are you afraid to speak up, to stand up for your Constitution?

At least now everybody at that meeting knows the truth and knows that the leftist media thugs, such as the Seattle Washington Observer shamelessly twists the truth to fit their pro-Obama, blind idiot agenda. 'I hope Justice Roberts teaches his son by example and not by empty words, she said.

SECRET LODGE TALKS : RUDD AND CHINESE PROPAGANDA MINISTER

Kevin Rudd met with the propaganda chief of the Chinese Communist Party, Li Changchun, in 'secret ( 'Chinese Walls: PM Keeps Lodge Talks Secret The Australian 24/3/09 pp.1-2).

Once upon a time mere mention of the phrase 'propaganda chief of the Chinese Communist Party would produce alarm, but in this brain-dead age, not any more. It 's no secret that China is wanting to push through a flood of Foreign Investment Review Board decisions, that if successful will allow the Chinese to pretty much own Australia 's mineral resources. We will have a 'nation ', if you can call it that, which is just a hole in the ground.

Rudd kept quiet about the meeting, and not even a day had passed before Rudd was arguing on China 's behalf that China should be given a central role to play in the global financial system. Rudd promised that he would promote China 's role in the IMF, for an elevated status, at the recent G20 meeting in London. Why keep such an important meeting secret from the Australian public?
Rudd 's spokeswoman said: 'It was a private meeting between the two. It is not the Prime Minister 's role to put out a press release announcing what every visiting politician is doing. Sorry, but when last I looked, Rudd was being paid from our taxes to be our prime minister, an Australian prime minister not a Chinese puppet! He was elected on a platform of being a social democrat, and that entails transparency in government.

Greg Sheridan ( 'China 's Iron-fisted PR ', The Australian 26/3/09 p.12), hardly a critic of the Asianisation of Australia, said that Rudd 's encounter was 'one of the most bizarre episodes of his prime ministership and certainly 'more stupid than sinister.
Sheridan then said that after the secret meeting Rudd went on to promote the Chinese government but Sheridan doesn 't believe that 'Rudd is doing the bidding of the Chinese government ', but nothing is more likely to reinforce such an interpretation than the weird behaviour regarding Li 's meeting.

Sheridan to his credit says:
'China 's belief that it can simply assert its position, no matter how obviously ridiculous, and Australians will ultimately accept it is disconcerting The absolute and deafening silence of the Opposition on this or any other issue that demands a sense of values or of geostrategic direction means the debate is not joined in our political process. This whole dynamic should be the subject of vigorous, freewheeling debate and searching media scrutiny.

It is not, in my view, because of the universal acceptance of the policy of Asianisation which necessarily produces a slave mentality. Both the media and Rudd and the Opposition have a slave mentality to China. They want to lose their identity and be absorbed into the big bowl of rice that is China.

CONSUMER SPENDING IS QUITE ANOTHER MATTER

"Dear Mr. Hannan MEP : A correspondent just forwarded to me a video of your parliamentary criticism of U.K. Prime Minister Gordon Brown. I certainly agree that one cannot borrow one's way out of debt but consumer spending is quite another matter and is entirely necessary to the process of producers recovering their financial costs.
The assumption of your statement seems to be the usual one (accepted I am sure also by Gordon Brown as by nearly all others, quite erroneously) that spending can only be accomplished by earned income and/or borrowing, i.e., increased indebtedness. This is a complete and major fallacy. The problem is that the price-system is not self-liquidating financially. The consumers as a whole do not receive sufficient unencumbered financial income to access the total of consumer product in each cycle of production.

This deficiency increases exponentially with the displacement of labour by technology, i.e., by physical capital in combination with historical accumulated knowledge. The problem arises consequent to an accumulating error in national cost accountancy and can be quite easily remedied from a technical aspect - although for the worst of reasons this seems more difficult from a political and philosophical standpoint.
I am forwarding to you some comments pertaining to the current so-called credit "crisis" and more enduring issues - comments made in exchange with other of my correspondents. Included are some relevant websites and several pertinent attachments being documents in PDF format.

If civilization had heeded the analysis and Social Credit advice of the late Clifford Hugh Douglas instead of the misguided (or mischievous) social debt policies of the late John Maynard Keynes, we would today be living in a state of relative abundance with increasing leisure in an environment of international peace--conditions which should obtain in all modern and civilized industrialized states.

As the British author Eric de Mare asked at the conclusion of his book A Matter of Life or Debt (U.S. Edition, 1991): "Are we to vanish from the earth without even a whimper of protest against the cause of that possible tragedy? A piece of doggeral like this came to me when I read about Jewish philosopher Peter Singer 's plan to end global poverty. Singer? Yes, he 's the philosopher who defends animal rights and vegetarianism on the one hand but thinks severely defective humans should be left to die. Yes, Singer the man who took anti-racism to a new level with the idea of speciesism : loving the human race and discriminating in favour of humans, over, say, chickens, is bad, human chauvinism in fact.
In his new book 'The Life You Can Save he argues that the world could put off splashing money on indulgences, such as art works sold for scores of millions of dollars and invest this money into saving the starving. Everybody could cut back and save 5 per cent of their income to keep Africans alive.

Don 't stop there Pete my boy. Let 's get rid of Princeton philosophers in fact, close down all the philosophy and arts departments. That 's my theme song. You can then bundle all the money up and give it to the aid organisations to waste. I call for: Start this salary saving process with Singer 's professional position.

'GLOBAL WARMING - TROJAN HORSE FOR TYRANNY

Whilst it has been our experience most private businessmen have not put forward any long-term answers to the present debt-crisis, we publish the following report as an example of how some sections are coming to the realisation there is a hidden agenda behind the 'global warming scare and it 's not based on any genuine concern for the environment!

The first of three marathon negotiating sessions designed to hammer out the details of the Copenhagen Accord on climate change to be signed in December began on Sunday, March 29, in Bonn, Germany. From what we know, it will be a surrender to tyranny as significant as another negotiated 71 years ago.

A 16-page informational note obtained by Fox News outlines the goals and agenda of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), a body paving the way to Copenhagen with good intentions. Behind this alphabet soup is a list of ideas and talking points for what the U.N. calls an 'ambitious and effective international response to climate change. '
We 're not sure how effective it will be, but it 's certainly ambitious as it seeks to reorder the world economy in a de facto repeal of the Industrial Revolution. Under the supervision of the U.N., free trade would die, industries that survived could be relocated across borders, and we would have mandatory carbon offsets and cap-and-trade imposed on a global scale.

Kyoto new kind of tariff (International Tax?...ed):
Part of the "framework" of this new and more draconian Kyoto pact is a new kind of tariff known as a "border carbon adjustment" that the note describes as "a levy on imported goods equal to that which would have been imposed had they been produced domestically." In other words, if the exporting country does not impose a carbon tax, the importing country will.
Another form of "adjustment" is to require exporters to "buy (carbon) offsets at the border equal to that which the producer would have been forced to purchase had the goods been produced domestically." Imagine the U.N. forcing American exporters to buy carbon offsets. Under this global climate regime, tariffs would be allowed "as protective barriers to shelter producers of climate-friendly goods." The note endorses subsidies for producers of goods that are deemed "environmentally sound." Protection goes green. Who knew Mr. Smoot and Mr. Hawley were environmentalists?

The document speaks of a "climate change levy" on maritime shipping and aviation that is certain to devastate foreign trade and tourism. The American aviation industry had revenues of $208 billion in 2008. Unless we can come up with a hybrid 747 real quick, there's trouble ahead. There is talk of signatories implementing cap-and-trade policies that the note admits "would involve negative consequences for the implementing country." Such policies "may induce some industrial relocation . . . to less-regulated host countries." Gee, ya think?

The Obama administration supports a domestic cap-and-trade policy and included it in its deficit-creating budget proposal. As we've noted, cap and trade, through its limit on total carbon emissions, is really a cap on economic growth. An analysis by the George C. Marshall Institute estimates GDP losses of as much as 3% in 2015 and as much as 10% in 2050 as a result of this measure. The effect of this accord if we participate is incalculable.
According to the Department of Energy, roughly 72% of U.S. electrical power generation in 2007 was derived from burning fossil fuels. Some 6% came from hydropower and less than 3% came from solar, wind and "other" sources.

Writing in the Financial Times recently, Czech President Vaclav Klaus said:
"As someone who lived under communism for most of his life, I feel obliged to say that I see the biggest threat to freedom, democracy, the market economy and prosperity now in ambitious environmentalism, not communism."
Klaus told the Cato Institute recently that "environmentalism is a religion" that accepts global warming on faith and seeks to exploit it to reshape the world and economic social order. Its commandments are now being written. The U.N. will be its temple and U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon its high priest.

RISING SEA LEVELS - GREATEST LIE EVER TOLD!

It was Clifford Douglas who once wrote that Reason was only as good as a slide rule, entirely dependent on what it was fed as to what answers Reason would come up with. And so it is with computers! Can you believe that we are fed 'results by so-called 'experts based on rigged computer models? Bear that thought in mind as you read on:

According to The Sunday Telegraph 's (29/3/09) Christopher Booker, the claims of the PC brigade of the 'rise of sea levels is 'the greatest lie ever told'.
This is the uncompromising verdict of Swedish geologist and physicist Nils-Axel M 'rner, a former chairman of the INQUA, International Commission on Sea Level Change.

'If one thing more than any other is used to justify proposals that the world must spend tens of trillions of dollars on combating global warming, it is the belief that we face a disastrous rise in sea levels. The Antarctic and Greenland ice caps will melt, we are told, warming oceans will expand, and the result will be catastrophe. Although the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) only predicts a sea level rise of 59cm (17 inches) by 2100, Al Gore in his Oscar-winning film An Inconvenient Truth went much further, talking of 20 feet, and showing computer graphics of cities such as Shanghai and San Francisco half under water. We all know the graphic showing central London in similar plight. '

As for tiny island nations such as the Maldives and Tuvalu, as Prince Charles likes to tell us and the Archbishop of Canterbury was again parroting last week, they are due to vanish. But if there is one scientist who knows more about sea levels than anyone else in the world it is the Swedish geologist and physicist Nils-Axel M 'rner.
And the uncompromising verdict of Dr M 'rner, who for 35 years has been using every known scientific method to study sea levels all over the globe, is that all this talk about the sea rising is nothing but a colossal scare story. Despite fluctuations down as well as up, "the sea is not rising," he says. "It hasn't risen in 50 years."
If there is any rise this century it will "not be more than 10cm (four inches), with an uncertainty of plus or minus 10cm". And quite apart from examining the hard evidence, he says, the elementary laws of physics (latent heat needed to melt ice) tell us that the apocalypse conjured up by Al Gore and Co could not possibly come about.

The doctor is dealing with the real world:
'The reason why Dr M 'rner is so certain that these claims about sea level rise are 100 per cent wrong is that they are all based on computer model predictions, whereas his findings are based on "going into the field to observe what is actually happening in the real world".

When running the International Commission on Sea Level Change, he launched a special project on the Maldives, whose leaders have for 20 years been calling for vast sums of international aid to stave off disaster. Six times he and his expert team visited the islands, to confirm that the sea has not risen for half a century. Before announcing his findings, he offered to show the inhabitants a film explaining why they had nothing to worry about. The government refused to let it be shown.
Similarly in Tuvalu, where local leaders have been calling for the inhabitants to be evacuated for 20 years, the sea has if anything dropped in recent decades. The only evidence the scaremongers can cite is based on the fact that extracting groundwater for pineapple growing has allowed seawater to seep in to replace it. Meanwhile, Venice has been sinking rather than the Adriatic rising, says Dr M 'rner.

One of his most shocking discoveries was why the IPCC has been able to show sea levels rising by 2.3mm a year. Until 2003, even its own satellite-based evidence showed no upward trend. But suddenly the graph tilted upwards because the IPCC's favoured experts had drawn on the finding of a single tide-gauge in Hong Kong harbour showing a 2.3mm rise. The entire global sea-level projection was then adjusted upwards by a "corrective factor" of 2.3mm, because, as the IPCC scientists admitted, they "needed to show a trend".

When I spoke to Dr M 'rner last week, he expressed his continuing dismay at how the IPCC has fed the scare on this crucial issue. When asked to act as an "expert reviewer" on the IPCC's last two reports, he was "astonished to find that not one of their 22 contributing authors on sea levels was a sea level specialist: not one". Yet the results of all this "deliberate ignorance" and reliance on rigged computer models have become the most powerful single driver of the entire warmist hysteria."

GLOBAL 'FINANCIAL CRISIS OR WEALTH TRANSFER?

The global financial crisis could lead to social unrest and even war, the head of the International Monetary Fund warned yesterday. Dominique Strauss-Kahn said that the billions already pumped into the world economy risked disappearing into thin air unless there is massive reform of the financial sector.
And he dealt a severe blow to Gordon Brown's plans for another debt-funded Budget giveaway by warning that the money might melt 'like snow in the sun' Of the international situation, Mr Strauss-Kahn added: 'Bluntly the situation is dire. All this will affect dramatically unemployment and beyond unemployment for many countries it will be at the roots of social unrest, some threat to democracy, and maybe for some cases it can also end in war.'
